The Palace of Westminster in London is also known as the Houses of Parliament and Neil Dawson captures a calm and quiet moment, looking across the River Thames to this UNESCO World Heritage Site.  There is no one in sight but traffic crosses the distant bridge and these historic buildings tower above us, displaying the scale of the city momentarily devoid of hustle and bustle.
