This image doubly defines that explanation because we are not only curious about the book title, but also the reader is definitely fascinated by its content. Is the book called Bird in a Cage by Frederic Dard, the title of which is clearly seen in Kinsman's accompanying piece entitled "Enthralled"? It's all very intriguing...
