We observe the movement in this piece from the comfort of our own peaceful surroundings, but are still involved in this force of nature at a safe distance.   The distant image is almost covered by the passing storm but it could be revealed again in an instant.    We are privileged to experience a moment in time - which will last for ever in our minds.
